What if my artwork is not production-ready?
CrunchTime Promotions has a staff of graphic designers ready to make your file production-ready. You can upload any file type and our designers will make sure that the quality is sufficient for printing.
What if I have a specific color for my imprint?
Due to the nature of the fast turn-around production that we use, the imprint colors are limited to 23 standard colors. We can match specific PMS colors, however color matches may cause delays in production and may jeapardize your ship date.
Can I order less than the minimum order quantity?
We understand that small businesses and individuals may not need large quantities of customized products. We offer many items with minimums as low as 12. However, we cannot take orders less than the published minimum for these next-day production items.

Is there a price break for large quantity orders?
CrunchTime Promotions specializes in 24 hour production. Any large quantity orders (generally over $5,000 value at published price) need to be approved for next day production and may qualify for discounted pricing. Please contact sales@crunchtimepromotions if you feel your order will qualify as large quantity.
What shipping method should I use?
During the checkout process you have the option of choosing from all of the UPS services. Our proprietary UPS interface allows you to see the actual costs of each shipping method. Choose the method that best serves your needs with assurance that there will be no extra "shipping and handling" charges.
Do I receive a proof of my imprint?
All orders will receive a proof via e-mail prior to shipment. Our graphic artists will review your uploaded art and prepare it for production. Your proof will be sent to your e-mail address and must be approved to release the order to production.
Will I receive the exact quantity of merchandise that I order?
Do to manufacturing production standards of custom printed products, orders may be shipped with an overage or shortage of products in the shipment. These are called overruns or underruns and typically fall in the 10% range. All efforts are made to ship your exact quantity. You will be charged for the exact quantity of products shipped. Specify in advance if you need an exact count on your order.
Is the item I choose available to ship tomorrow?
All items on CrunchTime Promotions have been chosen because they are available for next day rush production. If for some reason the item that you have chosen is out of stock or unavailable for any other reason, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative items.
Are there different imprint methods available?
CrunchTime Promotions offers a wide variety of products. There are various methods of imprinting available on these items including, screen-printing, pad printing, emboss, deboss and sublimation. You can choose your imprint color and method during the order process.
